Succulents With a Swizzle | Columbus Underground

Oakland Green Interiors is back with ROOT 23 for another creative event, this time for our Mother’s Day workshop! We’ll learn how to make a specialty “Gin Swizzle” first, so we can sip our way into creating our unique candle + succulents planter. By the end of our workshop, you’ll have a beautiful tabletop centerpiece ready to display. Your kit comes with everything needed to complete this living planter (including 10 mini succulents!) as well as a 4 oz. bottle of ROOT23’s Pear-Rosemary simple syrup to make the drink of the night– with more to spare!
Due to covid-19, specific plants may vary in availability. This class takes place during high demand for growers, so your plants may vary in type and color.

Host information-
Barb from ROOT 23 will lead the cocktail portion of our class. Planting will be led by our Green Interiors Event Coordinator + local craft expert, Christine. She will walk us through a “how-to” and will be there to assist in completing your succulent candle planter!
This class will be held via Zoom — we’ll send a meeting link to all attendees in the days leading up to the class.
